Switch control directions:
Highlight the "Mirror" selection on the Options screen. Hold C-Left
+ C-Right + C-Up + C-Down and press Left or Right.
Wheels only sequence:
Press Up, Down, Z, Left, Right, Z, Right, Left, Z + Down, Up, Z at
the car selection screen.
Hints:)
Jump 2 ships:
First you must go to the Hawaii track. When you get to the part where
you are underneath a bridge type thing and there are fat stone posts that
you can easily run into, before that, if you go totally right, you can
break through 2 walls of glass and you end up at an airport. At the end
of it there is a wood ramp that leads onto a battleship and if you keep
going you will eventually jump onto another ship, then back onto the track.
PS- its really good for when you are racing and need to raise your position.
5th Mountain Dew Can:
To find the fifth can look on the Hawaii track. Take the shortcut behind
the caution signs. After jumping off the buildings, keep accelerating and
stay to the left. Jump over the small, barely noticeable grass ramp that
appears to the left. Your car should launch through a tree, where the can
is hidden. It has no apparent purpose and does not disappear.
Fly Over Wall in Stunt Level:
First, you need light gravity and superspeed (u need the cheat menue
for that). Then go to the stunt level with the Punch bug. On the big yellow
ramp, get your speed up to aout 150+ and jump the wall! you should get
10 or more air time, and lots of rolls. when your done hit up C to get
out -From the outlaw 2000
Rush 2 Game Glitch:
First you need to access the cheat menu by going into setup. Then press
and hold R, L and Z and while you are holding them press all of the C buttons
at once. It should pop up. Then you need to access two cheats. The ressurect
in place and super speed. (I am not sure how to access them but i was able
to get all the cheats by pressing buttons) Then go to Las Vegas. After
you start, turn around and drive the opposite direction untill you come
to a large circular building that is gray and has a pinkish orange stripe
in the middle. Then quickly turn to the right and drive against the guard
rail. You will come to an open grass area and you will see two buildings
with a ramp in between them. Then drive up the ramp as fast as you can
and stay to the right. As you near the top quickly turn to the left and
you should fly over the top of the building. when you are over the building
press abort and it will drop you on the roof. But this bulding has no roof!
you will fall to the ground on a purple area. You are inside where the
buildingis but you will be able to see out. drive around inside and you
should fall under ground. Then you will see a veiw of Las Vegas above you
and you can drive anywhere! This glitch usually takes multiple attempts
but it is worth it.
Another Glitch:
This glitch is pretty amusing! First you must have resurect in place
& no game timer on . Go to any level you want, then when the race starts
press the abort button as many times as you like. YOU WILL START FLYING
UPWARD! You can go high as you want, but when you quit pressing the abort
button you will fall! If you don't want to blow up press the abort button
right before you hit the ground!
Get Pipe Track:
race 400 races on any tracks to get pipe track(racing one lap races
will make it easier)
Easy 1st:
When playing Rush 2 get the cheats menu to appear. Go down to suicide
mode and turn it on. You also might want to turn on invincible mode too.
Now go to circuit. When the picture of the track appears go to the very
bottom and you should see an option called deaths. Turn this on. Go into
the race. All you have to do is touch the other cars and they blow up and
you are automatically in 1st, Even if you blow up afterwords.
Tons of Air time:
There is a special cheat to make you get lots of air time on the stunt
level, AND get all the keys really easy!! First, go to the SETUP menu and
get the cheat menu. To get the cheat menu, press L R and Z when holding
all C-buttons. Then, go into the cheat menu and turn on Levitation, Auto-Abort,
Resurect in place, super speed, gravity to light, damage off, car collisions
off, invincibility on. To get these codes, just start pressing buttons
(IT WORKS!!).Then, go to the stunt track. If you keep on pressing the top
C-button you will fly. You can get air time by just keep on going up. If
you go up for 10 minutes, you get 82 air time!!! To get the keys, just
go right underneath them and pres C-up and you will float up to them and
get them. This does not work for the Mountain Dew can on top of the Green
Giant (the really big ramp thats green) or the key in the Spike Room (the
room filled with spikes).
Get inside buildings:
Go to the Hollywood ( Los Angeles) track on practice. Get to the area
after you go under the bridge on the right side you should see a green
and a blue rectangle standing up ( their is a key behing one of them) go
behind them and drive all the way down to the building ( the car should
flip up on two wheels) go to the end and turn left towards the building
their is a small alley. Drive down it and you will be behind the buildings.
CAUTION, dont drive into the empty area that is brown or you will start
falling and wont stop.
Pipe Course:
o get the pipe course all you have to do is win first on every board
in the one race categorie. You only have to win first on every board they
originally give you except the Stunt course
Easy way to beat circuit:
Put the invulnerability code (Press L, C-up, R 2 times) and suicide
code (Hold Z and press C-Down, C-Left, C-Up, C-Right 2 times) in then go
to new circuit, turn on deaths and start the race. If you run into someone
he blows up (cause the suicide code) but you don't blow up (cause the invulnerablility
code) and they stay dead (cause deaths is on). Deaths will stay on throughout
the whole circuit.
Fall through buildings in seatle (Glitch):
Go to the cheat menu put the light gravity code on, then when your
in seatle follow the track until you get to the bridges that cross over
when you get to the end were there is nothing but flat land go a little
bit then turn around go as fast as your car can go then hit the hill on
the right side of the two bridges at an angle facing the buildings. (you
will fly right through the buildings underneath the town)
Note: if you want to drive under the town you must select cheat menu and put resurect in place and levitation, put them both on. or as soon as you hit the bottom you will be sent right back up. contact me if you want more glitches.
